Green Pathways of UP

This is a personal essay on how a known polluted and highly urbanized city in the Philippines is home to a sanctuary where the environment and urbanity meets. My University, the University of the Philippines-Diliman (UP), is home to towering trees and green grass. My stay here has impacted me in more ways than you can imagine. It was not only a venue for learning but also an opportunity for me to enrich my physical health. And I hope that many institutions will follow UP\'s movement towards preserving the beauty of nature while still living in an urban society.
