Terms and Conditions

Fit City is an Oxford Health Alliance (OxHA) project.

All work must be original, with the originator retaining copyright.

Proof of permission must be sought to use any copyrighted material within any submitted work, and clearance must be proved to OxHA in order for OxHA to use submitted work with such material.

OxHA does not assume any responsibility for any misuse of intellectual property by any entrant.

OxHA reserves the right to reproduce and exhibit and to license the reproduction and the exhibition of some or all, in whole or part, in all media (now known or hereafter created) of prize-winning, short-listed and submitted entries without the permission of the entrant or copyright owner or payment for such use. The moral right of the copyright owner will be acknowledged.

Work is submitted to the Fit City project free of charge.

Any material deemed by OxHA to be offensive or inappropriate will be disqualified from the competition.

5 winners will receive a prize of one return flight to Sydney from a country of their pre-determined choice, 3 nights accommodation in Sydney to coincide with the Oxford Health Alliance summit to be held from the 25th - 27th February 2008 which will be hosted at the Intercontinental Sydney.

If submitting an entry as a group, only one person from the group will be eligible to win the prize

Flights must coincide with the dates of the Oxford Health Alliance Sydney Summit but are not restricted to those dates, within reason.

Winners will be expected to attend and participate in the Oxford Health Alliance Sydney Summit 2008 for the full three days of the summit

In the unlikely event that the Oxford Health Alliance Sydney Summit 2008 is cancelled OxHA will not be held responsible and no cash equivalent prize will be offered.

Judges appointed by OxHA will choose winners. OxHA's decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the judging and competition.

Terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of OxHA.

Submission of work represents acceptance of the rules and terms and conditions set out here.

Employees of the Oxford Health Alliance, Fit City, its competition partners www.3four50.com, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the competition will not be considered.
