I am Dr. Moklesur Rahman obtained graduation in General Science ( B.Sc 1973) & MB,BS( 1980) from accredited institution of Bangladesh. I obtained Certificate Course on Diabetology from Diabetic Association of Bangladesh (DAB) under open University, UK. Since graduation i have been working in medical practice & involve in social activities with special interest on non-communicable diseases like diabetes, pre-diabetes, hypertension & diabetes related diseases. I am a professional member of Diabetes UK, Fellow of Royal Society Medicine, UK, Member of Social Medicine UK, Life Member Of Bangladesh Association Of Psychiatry , Life member of Medical Association of Bangladesh, & Founder President of govt. registered NGO Morning bird Social Welfare Organization-MBSWO( www.morningbird-bd.com) . Iam at present a research fellow of Ph.D for diabetes, pre-diabetes& hypertension under American World University, USA. Since last one year a project in the name of “Early Screening of Diabetes, Pre-diabetes and their treatment “ has been running under my direct control & supervision in Sylhet ,one of the Divisional head quarter of Bangladesh. I obtained letter of recognition of participation & appreciation for creating global awareness about diabetes on 2008 from Dr. Anil Kapur, Managing Director , World Diabetes Foundation,
