Country: United Kingdom
Organisation: C3 Collaborating for Health
I am a project manager at the C3 Collaborating for Health, where I am responsible for drafting and editing our documents, updating the website, and leading research. Prior to this, I worked at the Oxford Health Alliance.
My move into chronic disease prevention arose from my interest in the links (or lack of them) between human rights and business (I did an MSc in human rights at the LSE.) I see the role of business in health, non-discrimination, access to information and education as crucial to the success of chronic disease prevention efforts. Industry, along with many other stakeholders, should be at the table in discussions.
